Postal Strikes Called Off

We are delighted to announce that the UK postal strikes have been called off until after Christmas. Although some parcels may still be affected by the backlog, mail is moving almost as usual and we are not aware of any current delays.

Please refer to our earlier blog post for Christmas ordering dates and have a very merry Alternative Christmas!

Christmas Ordering Dates.

CHRISTMAS: To avoid disappointment, we advise you to order early for Christmas and New Year.
The last recommended order dates for Christmas this year are:
UK orders: 16th December
European orders: 9th December
Rest of the World: 1st December
We may be able to fit a few more orders in after these dates but please email first to check availablility. These dates may be subject to change so please check back regularly for updates.

Please also note that the UK postal workers are staging a round of strikes, this may affect the delivery time on parcels so please be patient whilst waiting for your order to arrive. Any questions or queries, please contact us and we will help as best we can.

We can now send parcels by DHL which is much quicker than Royal Mail but does carry an extra cost. Please ask for details if you are in a hurry for an order and we will see what we can do for you.

UK Postal Strikes.

Please note that UK postal workers are going on strike on October 22nd and 23rd. We will do our very best to get your orders to you in a timely manner but we cannot be responsible for any shipping times during the stirkes and whilst the postal workers clear the backlog created by the 2 day walk out.

These strikes may be ongoing so we recommend that you order early for Christmas and we will endeavour to keep our blog up to date with news of strike action for those customers who live outside of the UK.
